They govern all interactions between users and Taxi-Lux through the website or application.

The Taxi-Lux Platform is intended for:

Bookings are available on this website and in the Taxi-Lux mobile app.

Access to certain Platform features requires a user account.

The user agrees to:

• Préserver la confidentialité de ses identifiants
• Ne pas créer de compte frauduleux ou usurper l’identité d’un tiers

Taxi-Lux reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of misuse or non-compliant use.

The user agrees to use the Platform:

• Dans le respect des lois et règlements en vigueur
• À des fins personnelles et légitimes
• Sans porter atteinte au bon fonctionnement du service

Any attempt at fraud, unauthorised access or service disruption is strictly prohibited.

Taxi-Lux uses reasonable means to ensure the Platform remains accessible and operational.

However, Taxi-Lux cannot be held liable in particular for:

• Des retards ou perturbations dus à des facteurs externes : trafic, conditions météorologiques ou événements imprévus
• De l’utilisation non conforme de la Plateforme par l’utilisateur

Users’ personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy applicable to the website and mobile application. Users may exercise their GDPR rights and delete their account from the application at any time.

All Platform content, including text, visuals, logos, interface, structure and code, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Users may delete their account at any time through the mobile application. Deletion results in:

Taxi-Lux may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes through the Platform. The version published on the website is the applicable version.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those with jurisdiction over the registered office of Taxi-Lux SPRL.
